On October 30, the "2025 China Chemical Park Development Conference" was held in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. At the conference, the China National Chemical Economic and Technical Development Center released the research results on the competitiveness of China's chemical parks during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Changzhou Binjiang Economic Development Zone New Material Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as "the Park") was successfully selected and ranked 12th on the list of "Competitive Chemical Parks during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period."

As one of the 14 chemical parks recognized by the Jiangsu Provincial Government and the most mature chemical park in Changzhou, the Binjiang New Material Industrial Park focuses on the development of the new chemical materials and new pharmaceuticals industrial chains, having formed a cluster pattern of "international giants + domestic leaders." The Park has successfully attracted Fortune 500 companies and global leaders in the new materials industry, including Micarta (USA), Envalier and Linde (Germany), Ineos and Givaudan (Switzerland), AkzoNobel (Netherlands), and Sumitomo Chemical and DIC (Japan). At the same time, it has cultivated leading domestic enterprises in new materials and pharmaceuticals, represented by Xinyang Technology, Zhongjian Technology, and Hequan Pharmaceutical.

From January to September this year, the chemical manufacturers in the Park achieved sales revenue of RMB 40.27 billion, up 6.6% year-on-year, and realized total profits of RMB 9.02 billion, a significant year-on-year increase of 30.3%.
